It's officially beginning to feel like Christmas! 🎄 John Lewis has unveiled its highly anticipated 2026 Christmas advert, Gloria and Pickles, and this year's story is all about making memories with the people we love.
Released on 3 November, the three-minute advert stars Dame Kristin Scott Thomas as Gloria, a grandmother struggling to find the perfect Christmas presents for her grandchildren.

When Gloria decides to give her grandchildren money instead of presents, her childhood toy dog, Pickles, unexpectedly comes to life!
Voiced by comedian Paul Whitehouse, the cheeky wooden dog encourages Gloria to put a little more thought into her gifts, sending the pair on a magical last-minute Christmas adventure through London.
Their journey inspires Gloria to create something truly special: a sparkling "Gran Cave", complete with disco balls, music and a place to make wonderful memories with her grandchildren.
Who Sings the John Lewis Christmas Advert Song?
This year's soundtrack comes from Sam Fender, performing a beautiful new cover of The Rolling Stones' classic You Can't Always Get What You Want.
The song features a children's choir from Fender's former school alongside the Easington Colliery Band.
Profits from physical releases will support charities including Action for Children and Teenage Cancer Trust.
