INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION

Royal Mail will only guarantee items within the UK so please be patient and allow sufficient delivery time for orders despatched internationally.
I have found the average delivery time to be around 2 weeks - in extreme cases can take longer. Please allow up to 6 weeks before deeming an item as lost - after this time I will send a replacement item.

Remember - bad weather, busy periods in the postal service etc may hold up your item!

PROOFING
Please note that many of my items require proofs. I will send proofs to either your etsy email or the email address that ties to your etsy account. Please keep an eye incase it has gone straight into your junk mail as I won't be able to proceed without proof approval.

When you receive your proof please check all spellings/grammar/ layout etc carefully before approving for print

PLEASE NOTE: IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK ALL PROOFS THOROUGHLY!

DIGITAL FILES
When purchasing a digital file please remember to send artwork size - I will need this information before starting and may not be able to alter the size after proof approval.
Each printing company will best advise what card stock they A) have in stock and B) works best with their in-house printers so I cannot offer direction on this - I only know what works best with my own equipment.

TAXES
Because I ship worldwide, there are many countries which have various taxes applicable to goods entering the country, and they are constantly changing.
It is the customers responsibility to pay any such taxes applicable in your country.
